Tra Vinh noodle soup

Bun Suong - Tra Vinh is also known as vermicelli. The dish originates from Tra Vinh. The reason this dish has such a name comes from the fresh and soft shrimp paste shaped like worms. The attraction of this dish is the broth of Tra Vinh. The broth is not clear but has a dark brown color, because a little tamarind and soy sauce are added to create a sweet taste and a faint aroma of very attractive soy sauce. This dish is currently popular in the southern provinces, especially Ho Chi Minh City.
